    Since I’ve been in Austin I’ve been working with one of my favorite vintage stores in the country, Feathers Boutique on South Congress. I’ve been a friend of this store for the last few years and am really excited to have been brought in by the owners to help them with their creative strategy. The Feathers team is so creative and energetic and its been so much fun getting started on all of our projects together. We are shooting editorials weekly for their blog and this week I had a good time creating the styling with photographer, Katy Shayne. I quickly learned the difference between shooting in Los Angeles and Austin as we literally walked across the street for our chosen set: a horse trailer attached to a vintage Ford truck in the neighbors yard.

  2. INSPIRATION BORROWED FROM THE BOYS

    Those of you that know me, know that I am a huge fan of menswear. I love to wear it and I love to see men wear it well. One of my favorite times of year is when all the chicest men make their way to the Pitti Uomo shows in Milan. The street style pictures of men in suits and all their layered details is always so inspiring to me. This year it seems the trend of classicism is going strong and I’m definitely seeing how the classic palette of navy, camel, grey and army green are making a comeback after many years of a bright color palette ruling the trends.
